Jeffery (Jeff) Chance is a board-certified Physician Associate. With over three decades of dedicated service, my career has been distinguished by extensive experience across Family, Emergency, and Occupational Medicine, affording me a robust and multifaceted clinical foundation.
My commitment to excellence in patient care is underscored by a special recognition in Family Medicine awarded by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates. My academic journey culminated in graduation from the esteemed Wake Forest University School of Medicine, further solidifying my medical education.
Professionally, I am honored to hold the distinction of being a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates. Additionally, I maintain Fellow Status within both the North Carolina Association of Physician Associates and the Naval Association of Physician Associates, reflecting my continuous engagement and leadership within the professional community.
Beyond my clinical practice, I proudly serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps. In this significant leadership role, I function as a Regional Director, overseeing five distinct cadet units spanning from Virginia to South Carolina, a responsibility that cultivates leadership and mentorship among young individuals.
My clinical scope encompasses a full spectrum of family medicine, adeptly addressing both chronic disease management and acute medical conditions, including advanced wound repair and care. I am proficient in performing a wide array of in-office procedures, possess strong diagnostic capabilities including X-ray interpretation, and have a particular focus on comprehensive pediatric care. My practice philosophy is centered on delivering continuous, compassionate, and holistic care to individuals and families across all stages of life, from infancy through end-of-life.
